*As we are only a small business of one person, orders take some time to be prepared before posting, If you're in a rush to receive something please get in touch to see if we can do your order quicker before ordering.
Once in the post, we unfortunately have no control over the time it takes to arrive, however please get in touch if an order is taking an unusual amount of time!

Shipping options include $12.99 flat rate regular delivery for total order or express delivery which is charged by weight. (Within Australia). Regular Shipping is free over $200 spend. Please note express post orders still have the same processing times.

Refunds & Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges or refunds on change of mind orders. Refunds or exchanges will be granted if an item is damaged or not correct, please email us if you have a problem with your order and we will happily help!
